I recently spent a week at the Michaela, and it truly exceeded my high expectations in every way. The staff's kind attitude towards my elderly parents was particularly commendable; they went out of their way to ensure their comfort and convenience throughout our stay. Our room was immaculately clean, featuring a cozy sitting area that made our evenings enjoyable, alongside thoughtful amenities like the electric kettle and tea facilities - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The dining experience was delightful, with varied and delicious meals that surpassed the typical offerings of holiday celebrations.
